Siam Cat Recycling is a Thailand-based specialist in recovering Platinum Group Metals (PGMs). Since 2018, they have extracted Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium from automotive components across Southeast Asia, requiring secure infrastructure to manage high-value transactions and factory processing.

Challenge

Siam Cat's operations relied on fragmented spreadsheets, causing bottlenecks in their recovery pipeline. Issues included:

  • Data Fragmentation: No unified view for contacts, purchase orders, or metal valuation.
  • Process Inefficiency: Manual tracking of the cart lifecycle from quote to factory reception.

Our iterative process included code reviews and E2E testing to ensure stability for high-value transaction management.
