Proof
What we have built, and for whom.
Named clients, real systems, most of them still in service. Below is what was built — not a set of outcome percentages, because the honest position is that we did not instrument most of these engagements well enough to claim numbers we can source.
Systems we still run
These are live and under our maintenance today. They are also the reason the maintenance side of this business exists at all.
Selectra
2023 — present · maintenance retainer
A telecom comparison engine fed by an automated data pipeline.
Provider plans and pricing collected from many sources, standardised and enriched with a language model, and served through one API as the single source of truth behind Selectra's telecom comparison. Built on n8n, Laravel and Cloudflare, and still maintained by us.

The full lifecycle of platinum-group-metal recovery in one auditable system: supplier CRM, purchasing with live metal rates and currency movement, factory reception, lab test assignment and QA, role-based permissions per team, and bilingual EN/TH document generation for quotes and receipts.

The Nightlife Asia
2022 — present · equity partner
A nightlife discovery app, rebuilt for a subscription business.
V1 shipped on iOS and Android with its own API. V2 rebuilt the app in Expo around a deal-claiming system, added a venue-facing back office, moved the business from venue listings to paid user subscriptions, and integrated Stripe. Snow Digital holds equity in the company.

Other builds delivered
Shipped and handed over. Some are still running under their owners; some belong to companies that have since moved on.

Ship-hull inspection moved off paper, inside steel hulls with no signal.
Marine surveyors drop thickness measurements and defect markers onto uploaded ship blueprints, work fully offline and sync later, and generate Class-format PDF or CSV reports on the spot. Plus a superintendent dashboard for fleets and historical gauging data.

Selectra France
2024
Daily electricity tariff alerts for Tempo and EJP subscribers.
Direct API integration with the energy providers for daily tariff status, a backend that processes it, and a push notification service that warns subscribers before a peak-price day. With history so people can see the pattern.

The first version: nightlife discovery on iOS and Android.

Dotto — our own
2025
A published app we wrote to find the limit of mobile canvas rendering.
A gesture-driven annotation tool built on Skia with hardware-accelerated rendering, released publicly. It exists because we wanted to know where mobile drawing performance actually breaks, and the answer was worth having.

What this does not prove
Everything above was built before we became an AI operations company, and most of it is conventional software: mobile apps, APIs, back offices, one automation pipeline. It proves we ship production systems, integrate ugly third-party data and stay maintaining things for years. It does not prove we can run agents in production — for that, the evidence is our own company, which is the one reference we can open live on a call.
Ask about the one that looks like your problem.
On a call we will tell you what actually went wrong in the engagement you point at, which is usually more useful than the write-up.
